What is the difference between Pyrolyzer Gasification and standard gasification?

Standard gasification technologies do not convert tar into more energy. Furthermore, char from standard gasification systems is usually hauled to a landfill.

Do you incinerate?

No. We use an oxygen free environment preventing green house gas emissions.

Do you experience tar buildup?

No. Our patented technology prevents the solidification of tar and we recycle it back into our gasifier.

What is the energy conversion efficiency?

Depending on feedstock, 65 to 85% of available energy is converted into useable energy. Typical incineration plants are only 25% efficient and generate up to 30% residual waste that must be hauled to a landfill.

What is PyroGas ^TM?

PyroGas ^TM is primarily a mixture of methane (CH), carbon monoxide (CO) and hydrogen (H). PyroGasTM will have an energy value between 600 and 1000 BTU/ft3 depending on the feedstock.

Will gas turbines and gas engines accept PyroGas ^TM?

Yes. Standard gas turbine and gas engines can be modified to operate on PyroGas ^TM.

Can your waste heat, waste steam, or electric generator be directly connected to a customer?

Yes. We can also provide our synthetic coke, charcoal, or carbon black as primary industrial ingredients.
